Registr handles your ROC and MCA compliance over WhatsApp. Our AI prepares every filing and a practising Company Secretary reviews and signs it. Start KYC on the web, or message us to begin on WhatsApp.

Reviewed and signed by a practising Company Secretary · Identity documents upload securely — never over chat

WhatsApp chat with Registr: reminder for DIR-3 KYC, client replies yes, then filing confirmed with SRN

The shift

Book a demo

Compliance without the scramble.

Deadlines tracked, filings prepared, a practising CS on the signature — so AGM season doesn't turn into a fire drill.

Cost of delay

₹200/day

AOC-4 and MGT-7 filed late — ₹100 a day each, with no upper limit.

Prep time

Minutes

AI drafts the filing; you reply on WhatsApp instead of living in portals.

Signing

Every filing

A practising Company Secretary reviews and signs — never the model alone.

How it works

Three steps. Zero portals.

01

We remind you on WhatsApp

We track every deadline for your company and message you before it hits. Reply in plain English.

02

Our AI prepares the filing

We extract your data, draft the forms and run every validation check automatically.

03

A real CS signs and files it

A practising Company Secretary reviews the full package, signs it, and files with the MCA. You get the SRN on WhatsApp.

What we handle

Annual compliance, covered.

Recurring filings sit inside your annual plan. One-off events are quoted separately so margins stay honest.

Annual accounts / 01

30 Oct

AOC-4 — financial statements

Due 30 days after your AGM. Late filing is ₹100 a day, per form, with no upper limit.

Annual return / 02

MGT-7A & MGT-7

Annual return — by 29 Nov

Filed within 60 days of your AGM. We prep from your docs; a practising CS reviews and signs. MGT-7 covered on Growth.

Directors / 03

DIR-3

Director KYC, every third year

Triennial since March 2026 — most DINs are next due 30 June 2028. We track it so nobody's DIN quietly deactivates.

Auditor / 04

ADT-1

Auditor appointment

Term tracking so AOC-4 isn’t blocked on a missing ADT-1.

Events / 05

DIR-12+

Quoted separately

Appointments, allotments, fundraise — scoped upfront, never buried in the flat fee.

So we built one place where the deadlines are tracked, the filings are prepared, and a practising CS does the signing.

Compliance should be infrastructure, not an event.

Pricing

Fixed annual plans.

Price like a real CS firm — one yearly fee for recurring compliance, not a surprise bill per filing.

Why Registr

Compliance for startups and SMEs — without the busywork.

Proactive

You hear it from us first.

Every deadline tracked against your CIN — AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, director KYC. You get a WhatsApp weeks ahead, not an uncapped ₹100-a-day late fee.

Accountable

A named CS signs every filing.

AI prepares the draft; a practising Company Secretary reviews it and puts their signature on it. Nothing is ever auto-filed.

On WhatsApp

One thread. No portal.

No login, no dashboard, no new app to check. You answer a message — we handle the form, the government fee and the SRN.

Secure

Documents never touch chat.

PAN and Aadhaar go through an encrypted upload link, only when you consent — never as an attachment sitting in your gallery.

FAQ

Questions founders actually ask.

Straight answers on who signs, what it costs, and how your documents move.

Ask us on WhatsApp
01Who actually signs and files?

A practising Company Secretary — a named individual with a valid Certificate of Practice, not a faceless platform. Our AI prepares the draft and runs the validation checks. It never signs and never files on its own.

02Is this actually compliant?

Yes, and the model is built around the constraint rather than around it. Indian law requires a qualified professional to certify and file; AI assists with preparation, and a practising CS reviews, certifies and files under their own membership number.

03How do I send documents?

Through an encrypted upload link we send you. PAN, Aadhaar and financials never travel over WhatsApp — attachments end up in your phone's gallery and your chat backups, which is the wrong place for identity documents.

04Do I need a digital signature (DSC)?

Yes — every MCA filing needs the signing director's DSC. We check during onboarding that yours is valid and registered on MCA V3, then track the expiry date so a lapsed token never costs you a deadline.

05What if we've missed filings in the past?

We check your MCA history at onboarding and tell you exactly what's outstanding, before you pay us anything. Backlog cleanup is scoped and quoted separately — we won't quietly fold it into the annual fee.

06What does it cost?

Fixed annual plans — Standard at ₹11,999/yr (≤2 directors) and Growth at ₹24,999/yr (≤5 directors). Event-driven work like a director change or a share allotment is always quoted upfront and billed separately.
